Enjoy local gastronomy through the new Bordeaux Wine Festival feature: the Chefs' Shacks. This initiative enriches the festival's gastronomic palette, promising a mosaic of tastes and techniques, from the scruffy foodtruck to the gastronomic experience!

The Bordeaux art of living!

The culinary excellence of Bordeaux and its region will be on display at the heart of the event. Renowned chefs from the metropolis, masters of sustainable, innovative and always joyful cuisine, join forces to sublimate local produce. A special area has been set aside for them to offer a unique tasting and dining experience.

  • 3 chefs every 2 days: 12 dishes to discover.
  • Quantities limited.
  • Opening times :
    • Lunch - 12:30 pm to 2 pm
    • Dinner - 7:30pm to 9pm

Program: the guest chefs

Six local chefs have been invited to the Festival. They'll each take up residence for two consecutive days, and each day they'll concoct an original dish for the day, fresh, seasonal and made from regional produce. These inventive gastronomic plates are to be enjoyed at lunchtime or in the evening. Please note that quantities are limited and tastings are not included in the Tasting Pass!

👨‍🍳 Marc-Antoine Chabaut | Chef at Mina (Bordeaux)

Cocagne is a year-round HQ, with a warm and inviting dining room where you can enjoy a lunch menu that changes according to the produce available.
