The people

Alongside the city's tourism players, Bordeaux is committed to preserving our environment through more virtuous and resourceful tourism. In this sense, the festival, through its organization, strives every year to guarantee each one an accessible, inclusive, and responsible experience, but also to reduce, as much as possible, its impact on the environment.
Since 2021, the Bordeaux Wine Festival has been ISO 20 121 certified.

Accessibility

To ensure that the Bordeaux Wine Festival is accessible to all, and that it is experienced in the same way by both able-bodied and disabled people, whatever their disability, the organization works every year, alongside associations and organizations, to make the event more accessible.

Inclusivity

In line with the organization's desire to make the event more accessible to people with disabilities, the festival is also open to everyone, whatever their wine expertise, but above all whatever their gender, social background or age. To ensure this, ongoing work is carried out in partnership with associations.

Integration

In line with the social commitments made by the event's organization, social integration is one of the key areas of our work.

Prevention

Given the concept of the event and its festive nature, the organization is keen to prevent any excesses due to alcohol consumption, but also to raise awareness of the need for controlled, safe consumption.
