With 80% of exhibitors coming from the Gironde and 100% from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, every bite is a deep dive into the local terroirs. For this 2025 edition, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Food Agency has prepared a mouthwatering selection just for you:

  • Chai Thonthon: Oysters from the Arcachon Bay, fish & chips, fish burgers.
  • Cham Dodu: Savory tourtons (vegetarian, beef, or pork) and sweet ones (lemon, chocolate-hazelnut).
  • Chausson Gascon: Wood-fired fougasses and filled turnovers (Bazas beef with Sauternes, beef-sheep cheese, camembert-hazelnut).
  • Crêperie Suzette: Savory (meat or vegetarian) and sweet crêpes.
  • Élevage des Barthes: Rillettes-coppa-chicken sandwiches, vegetarian wraps, charcuterie cones.
  • Ferme des Parettes: Fresh strawberries and raspberries, ice creams and sorbets.
  • Ferme du Hournadet: Duck burgers and carpaccios, pasta, appetizer boards.
  • Ferme du Roseix: "Mique-Mac Chips" burgers (Limousin beef or vegetarian).
