Fun and learning with the Bordeaux Wine School
The Bordeaux Wine School Pavilion welcomes you to three different areas, where you can discover more about Bordeaux wines and have fun at the same time!
2025 PROGRAMME - La Scène (The Stage)
With your Tasting Pass, take part in one of the 30-minute fun workshops on the Scène side, simply by booking and presenting your pass.
- 2 tastings per workshop
- A 10+ Pass will be required at the entrance.
Five essential and (re)creative themes are proposed to introduce you to Bordeaux wines. You can book your workshop directly from the order confirmation e-mail.
- Blind tasting - The must
Embark on a tour of the Bordeaux vineyards and its grape varieties, punctuated by fascinating olfactory exercises. Every day at 11.30am and 4.45pm.
- Wine & Cheese - The French Way
Travel through mouth-watering pairings while filling up on knowledge and anecdotes about this culinary pairing that is the envy of the world. Every day at 1.45pm, 3.15pm and 5.30pm.
- Bordeaux sparkles - The trendy one
Immerse yourself in a moment of pure festive effervescence, in the (re)discovery of a delicious product that is 100% local and convivial. Every day at 2.30pm and 4pm.
- World Cuisine - NEW
With Marie Curry, the Bordeaux Wine School invites you on a gourmet adventure full of surprises! Every day at 12.15pm and 6.15pm.
- Bordeaux chocolate - NEW
Discover the perfect harmony between chocolate and Bordeaux wines in this unique workshop. Every day at 1pm.
- Music & Wine - NEW
To the rhythm of aromatic notes and live music, dance, laugh and vibrate as you learn to break down the melody of a Bordeaux wine. Every day at 7pm, 7.45pm, 8.30pm, 9.15pm and 10pm.

1. The vine in the kitchen
With ingredients picked in the heart of the vineyard, you can cook a recipe that is both appetizing and surprising, and that goes naturally with Bordeaux wines.

2. PDO Battle (NEW)
Ready to test your taste buds? Two teams compete to guess the PDO of the mystery wine tasted blind. Clues, deductions and good humor are the order of the day! Who will be the finest wine taster?
2:30 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. - 20-minute workshops - Continuous
3. At dusk... Bordeaux cocktail!
Take control of your cocktail! With the help of our mixologist, twist a different Bordeaux wine each evening: Dry white, sweet white, Crémant and Rosé.
Titillate your senses to simply understand the notion of balance and learn how to sublimate these wines to spice up your aperitifs!

AROUND THE TABLE
1. Guess who (New)
Imagine a game of “Guess who” revisited around wine, where each card represents a grape variety, a PDO, a vintage... Guess your partner's wine!

2. Summer reds
Come on board for a tasting of fresh, vibrant red wines! Do you enjoy red wines even in the hottest weather? Let yourself be tempted by a tasting of chilled red wines and leave with the keys to knowing which types of red wine to serve chilled.
3:30 to 5:35 p.m. - 15-minute workshops - Continuous
3. At dusk... The Wine Casino!
A game mat, some chips, a glass of wine: place your bets! Will you be able to bet on the right answers in this blind tasting? Our trainer leads the game: try your luck, build up your knowledge and enjoy the atmosphere! We bet you'll remember this mystery wine for a long time...

For the second year running, l'École du Vin de Bordeaux is committed to making the discovery of wine accessible to all by offering workshops adapted for the visually and hearing impaired.

Discover the Green Box!
This year, Bordeaux Wines is going green with its commitment to the deposit! A new space created from scratch to immerse visitors in the life cycle of a glass bottle. An educational trail, fun experiences for families and friends. The aim is to raise awareness among young and old of the importance of reusing bottles for sustainable viticulture. Consign your bottle, protect your terroir.
