1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WINE FESTIVAL?
For the entire duration of the Festival, access to the quayside is free. However, to take advantage of the tastings, a Tasting Pass is required.
2. WHERE CAN I BUY MY TASTING PASS?
You can buy your Tasting Pass on our online ticketing service, before and during the festival.
3. How do I obtain the tasting kit included in the Tasting Pass?
The tasting kit, comprising a glass, a glass-holder and a card to be scanned on the Appellation Pavilions, will be available at the event counter, located at Placette Munich. This year, save time and buy online!
4. Is it possible to use the Tasting Pass over several days?
Yes, your Tasting Pass is valid for all four days of the festival! So you can enjoy the 10 tastings included in the 10+ Pass over several days. However, Tasting Passes that are not used in full are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
5. How do the Tasting Passes work?
The 10+ Pass includes 10 tastings and a workshop at the Bordeaux Wine School Pavilion. One tasting is possible per Pavilion, and an additional tasting, the “Coup de Cœur”, can be enjoyed at the Pavilion of your choice.
Pass 4 includes 4 tastings at four different Appellation Pavilions. For each tasting, you'll need to scan the card supplied in the tasting kit to subtract the tasting.
6. How can I check my remaining tasting balance?
To consult your tasting balance, simply scan the qr code located on the back of the card supplied in the tasting kit. You'll also find consultation terminals on the event site.
7. How do I recharge my Tasting Pass?
This is the new feature of the 2025 edition! This year, you'll be able to recharge your Pass by scanning the qr code on the back of the card supplied, or at the consultation/recharging terminals on the event site.
8. Is it possible to buy wine on site?
No, you can't buy bottles of wine on site. This year, however, you can order bottles of the wines you've tasted! There is a minimum order of 6 bottles, but you will be able to buy different bottles.
9. IS EVERY EXIT PERMANENT?
No. The Wine Festival remains freely accessible.
10. CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK?
It is possible to bring food, but all alcoholic beverages and glass containers are forbidden on the festival grounds.
11. WHAT ARE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS?
The purchase and use of Tasting Passes is restricted to persons aged 18 and over.
12. IS THE HEALTH PASS COMPULSORY?
We will apply the sanitary standards in force at the time of the festival.
13. What do I do if I haven't received my voucher?
Firstly, check your spam folder. If the confirmation e-mail isn't there, go to the ticketing page at the top of the purchase module, where you'll find a link to retrieve your tickets using your e-mail address. If this still doesn't work, you can contact support via the following e-mail address: [email protected]
14. What do I do if I've lost my tasting card?
If you ordered your Tasting Pass online, the support staff at the event will be able to retrieve your tasting history and credit a new card. However, for all purchases made on site, we will not be able to credit a new card. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale specify that any lost Pass must be repurchased at the rate in force at the time of loss.
15. I BROKE MY GLASS...
In case of breakage, glasses are available for sale at the ticket office.
