The stands, to be found all along the ‘Route des Vins’, are all run by producers and artisans from the Basque Country, Limousin, Charentes, Périgord, Poitou, Béarn and the Landes.
Festival-goers can enjoy the best the region has to offer with the festival’s high-quality, varied and sustainable food services: raw products or prepared with care, hot or cold, street food or high-end, sweet dishes, local specialities or reworked dishes that reflect new trends in gastronomy around the world… Everything can be eaten on-site or taken away, served in entirely compostable packaging! To quench your thirst (with something other than wine), juice bars and Abatilles water sellers can be found all over the site.
Eau des Abatilles
It was in the heart of the Sud-Ouest at Arcachon Bay- with the magnificent ocean, sand and pines- that Abatilles Natural Mineral Water has been drawn every day since 1925, from a depth of 472 metres. The unique depth at which the water is tapped means that there are no nitrates and it is only faintly mineralised. It’s subtle taste and minuscule bubbles make Abatilles the perfect choice for lovers of wine and gastronomy, perfectly complementing the many wines and dishes tasted during the festival.
