As people who are passionate about what they do, the producers and artisans of Nouvelle-Aquitaine are the primary ambassadors of our beautiful region’s gastronomy. Visitors will discover her emblematic products, while having an opportunity to talk with the producers and artisans who put their heart, soul and savoir-faire into their work on a daily basis to offer healthy and sustainable food options.

Whether you’re looking for something sweet or savoury, there’s something for you! Here’s a little taster…

As a starter, enjoy a few oysters from Arcachon Cap-Ferret then tuck into some salted meats and charcuterie from La Vallée des Aldudes (Pierre Oteiza), followed by cheese from the Basque Country (Onetik) or from Guyenne and Gascony (Marayn de Bartassac), and finish off with an ice cream (from the Landes-based ice-cream maker Lacroix or the Gironde-based Co - Sofia), and let’s not forget some strawberries and sorbets from Corrèze (Ferme des Parettes)!
