The Bordeaux Wine festival is particularly attentive to accessibility, adaptation, safety and site visibility issues for people with disabilities, especially in terms of mobility.
The facilities of the Bordeaux Wine Festival areas are in conformity with the accessibility of persons with reduced mobility (PRM): counters adapted to PRM, tents and ERP equipped with access ramps, lightening of the slopes of the cable crossings, installation of adapted counters, two minute stops reserved for persons with reduced mobility. Directional signage throughout the site will allow access to the various areas (car parks, toilets, emergency services, etc.).
Access to the Tall Ships
Some access pontoons will be accessible to PRMs: La Cité du Vin, Les Hangars, Albert Londres, Ariane, Jean-Jaurès, Ponton d'honneur, Ponton Yves Parlier (right bank). At low tide, the slope of the pontoons can reach 15%. The presence of a relative for assistance is desirable. Access to the yachts for PRMs cannot be guaranteed due to the narrowness of their gangway. Access for people on crutches will be according to the instructions given by the ships' captains.
