Breakdance show at the Miroir d'eau

On the occasion of Olympic Day, the Caisse d'Epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes, premium partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, invites you to attend a Breakdance Battle on the water mirror on 23 June.
As part of Olympic Day and Bordeaux Fête le Vin, the MOVE IT association and the Caisse D'Epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes are organising a Breakdance Battle, the new Olympic discipline eagerly awaited in Paris in 2024. Artists and athletes from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and all over France will be on hand on Friday 23 June from 5.30pm on the miroir d'eau to compete for the title.
"Breakdance is a dance style that developed in the United States during the 1970s. Born out of the effervescence of the Bronx's neighbourhood parties and stemming from hip-hop culture, it stands out for its acrobatic dimension, its floor tricks and the key role played by both the DJ and the MC during the Battles".
