Bordeaux Fête le Vin is served by the following lines and stops:

  • Tram A: Porte de Bourgogne, Stalingrad (right bank).
  • Tram B: Quinconces, CAPC, Chartrons, Cours du Médoc.
  • Tram C: Porte de Bourgogne, Place de la Bourse, Quinconces.

BY BIKE

Bordeaux quays have dedicated cycle paths along the entire right and left banks.

V3

Bordeaux Metropole offers a self-service bicycle hire system: the V3s. There are 175 hiring stations operating 24/7.

There are several V3 stations in the vicinity of Bordeaux Fête le Vin: Porte de Bourgogne, Place de la Bourse, Place Jean-Jaurès, Allées de Chartres, CAPC, Chartrons, Cours du Médoc.

BY BOAT

By BAT³

The BAT³ offers transport from one side of the Garonne to the other. During Bordeaux Fête le Vin, passengers can embark at: Stalingrad and Lormont Bas, (right bank), the Hangars and the Cité du Vin. The Quinconces boarding point will not be operating during Bordeaux Fête le Vin.

Shuttle from Château Grattequina

Château Grattequina is offering to take visitors on board its boat to the festival location from Château Grattequina to get a good view of the tall ships (but it will not be possible to disembark).

River shuttle every hour, from Thursday 14th to Sunday 17 June, 11am to 7pm.

AVOID THE CITY CENTRE BY CAR

In order to facilitate traffic circulation during Bordeaux Fête le Vin, use of the relay car parks (existing and organized for the festival) is recommended.

  • Bordeaux Exhibition Centre (Parc des Expositions) Car Park
  • Free - Open from 10am to 2am

Access via the Rocade (ring road) exits 4a and 4c.

Then from the Tram C “Parc des Expositions de Bordeaux” stop, it is 15 minutes by tram to Bordeaux Fête le Vin.

M relay car parks

WARNING TO MOTORISTS

Travelling by car is not recommended in the city centre and along the quays during Bordeaux Fête le Vin.

Jacques-Chaban-Delmas Bridge

Traffic on the Bacalan-Bastide bridge will be interrupted on several occasions to allow the tall ships in and out of Bordeaux’s port, in particular on Wednesday 13 and Monday 18 June (morning).

The Pont de Pierre bridge is not accessible to cars.

From 8pm to midnight, travel by car along the quays is strongly discouraged.
