Burger, Limousin baronette of lamb, Limousin Mex, Limousin apple flognarde (flan), Limousin fromage blanc.

La Marmite

Acar pickled vegetables, Réunion dumplings, Rougail spicy sausages, prawns sautéed with fresh vegetables, Créole snacks and plates.

Green Garage

“Rock & Roll” charcuterie, pulled pork rolls (shredded local pork), veggie rolls, salad, tiramisu, meal packages.

Le Limousine Truck

The Limousine Truck is a concept created by Limousin Promotion, in collaboration with Laurent Butot, Chef at Le Geyracois restaurant in Limoges.

All the recipes have been created to highlight Limousin products and in particular

meat with the Limousin quality label (Red Label Limousin Beef, PGI Limousin Lamb) and AOP Limousin apples.

For Bordeaux Fête Le Vin, Tony

Dao from the Jean Burger restaurants in Limoges will be running the Food truck. He has created recipes that reflect current trends, in particular the "Jean burger".
